A desktop app for Claude Code on Mac
Hedoq gives Claude Code a window of its own: the conversation reads like a chat, and you answer the agent with buttons.

Why not just the terminal
Claude Code lives in a terminal. With one session and you at the desk, that is enough. With several sessions, long command output, numbered questions and permission prompts get lost in the scroll, and the agent waits until you notice.
Hedoq keeps the very same agent and shows its work so you can read it in seconds.
What changes day to day
- Answers come as a feed with proper formatting, and steps fold into one line such as “3 commands · read 2 files”.
- A multiple choice question arrives as a card with buttons, a permission request with “Allow” and “Deny”.
- Every answer shows the turn time and tokens, and the bottom line shows how much context is left.
- The terminal is still there: the “Feed | Terminal” switch sits under the input field.
Every session in one window
Each session is a row in the sidebar, so you see at once who is working and who is waiting for you. To run two agents on one project, give each session its own copy of the project: see running several sessions at once.
Your plan stays yours
Hedoq does not resell model access and does not route your requests through its servers. The agent talks to Anthropic itself, with your sign-in. Any keys you enter are kept in the macOS Keychain.
How to start
- Download Hedoq and open it.
- If the agent is not installed yet, Hedoq installs it with one click.
- Press ⌘N, pick your project folder and write the first task.
Questions
Does it replace Claude Code?
No. The same Claude Code runs inside, signed in with your subscription. Hedoq gives it a window, a feed, limits by the notch and a link to your iPhone.
Do I pay for Hedoq?
No, Hedoq is free. You keep paying Anthropic for your Claude plan as before.
What about Codex and other agents?
Codex also runs as a feed with an input field. Gemini CLI, OpenCode and any command line agent run in a terminal tab.
